Coordinated To Perfection is a Wedding & Event Planning company based in NYC. We provide planning and design services to couples who are super-busy and don't have the time to plan a fabulous wedding on their own. Our clients can expect a detailed and fun process in planning their wedding or event and they don't have to go it alone.

When you combine her positive outlook and can-do attitude with her tireless work ethic and 14+ years experience, what you get is a seasoned event planner with the tenacity to take on the seemingly impossible and make it practically flawless.
Simone Vega, Owner & Lead Designer started her career 14 years ago sitting at her Manhattan desk on Wall Street. Since then she has taught for Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute, coached and mentored a handful of people in her industry, and has spoken to many people from places as far as Japan at various seminars and workshops.
Her work has been featured in magazines such as Munaluchi Bridal, Wedding Planner Magazine & Uptown Magazine and on blogs such as Inside Weddings, Munaluchi, Mod Wedding, Westchester Wedding Planner and Aisle Society.
Coordinated To Perfection has also received Wedding Wire Best of Weddings Awards for 2014, 16 and 17 and The Knot Best of Weddings Award for 2018. Simone is also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and the LNG Director for Brooklyn ABC.
